It’s the era of the Second Han Dynasty, and China is being overrun by powerful warlords. A struggle for power among the court families has spawned a time known as the Three Kingdoms, and it’s up to you (as the current ruler) to restore peace to your troubled country. Rebuild the land by creating a strong military or try to outwit your opponents using negotiation. The strategy is completely up to you as there are hundreds of ways you can accomplish your goal. There are plenty of exciting new weapons in this installment of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms saga, such as automatic crossbows, battering rams, and catapults. You can even set enemy ships, towns, and armies ablaze using a variety of fire commands! There are 558 different officers to discuss your strategy with including 108 inspired by your own decisions and preferences. You can choose to play as one of 38 existing rulers, or one of eight user-controlled creations. Full-motion video adds to the excitement in this chapter of the great adventure.
